United by their passion for details, logistics and making memories, Nicole and Laura created The W Event Planning. With 10 years of combined industry experience, they strive to help create unforgettable moments that you can carry with you forever.

 

Nicole

Bringing people together and creating lifelong memories is what drives me. I love executing a couple’s dream that they have spent months planning. The excitement that I see on my client’s face as they walk into the room and see that their vision has become a reality makes it all worth it! I appreciate each couple’s unique style and love to see it shine through on their special day. Nothing excites me more than when the chaos of a wedding day is executed perfectly.

 

What do you value?

I value loved ones and memories. Really being able to take in the moment and being able to look back years from now with a smile on your face.

What do you want your clients to know?

Although planning an event may seem stressful and overwhelming, I want you to be able to enjoy the process as best you can and allow me to take on any stress you might be carrying. I do not only want you to enjoy your big day but everything that leads up to it as well.

What sets you apart?

I have worked in multiple areas of the event planning industry – corporate, non-profit, fundraisers, golf tournaments, Quinceaneras, sweet 16’s and of course weddings. I take pride in every event I have been a part of and have gained experience from each one, giving me the knowledge I have today.

What are your favorite things?

My favorite things are spending time with my family and friends. BBQing on the weekends and shooting pool. I love escaping to the beach and being out in the sun. And I love gatherings – any time I can be the hostest with the mostest, I’m in!

 

Laura

I am passionate about organization, all things aesthetically pleasing, and weddings!

I love happy people, motivational quotes, and affirmations. I genuinely love helping people, especially when it comes to one of the best days of their life! I want you to be able to feel as if you can be your own guest on your own special day.

I thrive on ensuring that your thoughtful details are organized and executed better than you have envisioned. These passions of mine translate perfectly into helping you achieve your dream day and I take pride in being that person for you!

I value kindness, loyalty, authenticity, family & friends and happiness!

What do you want your clients to know?

That they can trust us to be the sense of calm and focus throughout the planning process and especially the day of! We all know how stressful the planning and execution of an event/wedding can be, so we’re here to reassure you not to worry, and let us handle it.

What sets you apart?

I want my clients to always feel at ease, supported, and most importantly heard, and with my drive for perfection and attention to detail, I never stop until it meets my standards!

What are your favorite things?

I love spending time with my husky - going for hikes, walks, cuddling, or anything outdoors. A good cup of coffee. Gatherings with my family & friends - game nights, or any celebration of any kind.
